Colour Studies

My favourite part about filmmaking and animating has always been injecting (or removing) colour from my works. Colour sets the mood and tone, and it is one of the most enjoyable parts of the process for me. In this series, I analyze other animated films and their colour choices, and try to replicate them in my own context to deliver a similar mood.

These research and colouring exercises helped me tremendously with the work I produced for Short Circuit.
